Richard Backwell is an experienced Property Manager and Investor with over 30
years of experience in property investing. Richard has a strong background in client
services, property management, sales, and communication.
Since June 2020, Richard has been working as a Property Manager at Ashmore,
where he manages a portfolio of residential properties. He conducts regular
property inspections, ensures that maintenance is carried out promptly, and
manages tenant inquiries and complaints. Richard also negotiates lease agreements
and renewals, prepares monthly financial statements and reports for property
owners, and works closely with them to develop and implement property
management plans.
Richard has been an investor for over 30 years, having invested in various properties
and managed his own portfolio. He conducts market research and analysis to
identify profitable investment opportunities and manages property renovations and
improvements to increase value. Richard also develops and implements property
management plans to maximise returns.
Richard is known for his excellent client service skills, strong communication and
interpersonal skills, and approachable, friendly, and courteous demeanour. He is
dedicated to achieving the best results for his clients, and he works hard to ensure
that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
Richard holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Texas Wesleyan University.
